Curacao map – Popular Areas and Neighborhoods

This Curacao map divides the island in distinct areas with its own unique atmosphere and things to do.

This is the quiet and green west part of the island, with beautiful beaches, green hilly landscapes, a national park, cultural heritage and high waves at the north coast. You can find Westpunt in the left top side of the Curacao map.

Pietermaai is in the center of the Curacao map. A couple of years ago this was a poor and no-go area. Today this is the place to be. You’ll find lots of good restaurants and nice bars to celebrate the weekend.

A small village in the middle of the island with a popular ‘Snek’ (snackbar). You can spot flamingo’s at the salt lake, admire beautiful art in the local gallery, or visit one of the great beaches in this area.

In this neighborhood you’ll find a lot of hiking trails. At the beach you can do water sports, enjoy wonderful diners, discover the underwater world and take a drink at the bar, watching sunset.
