When you cross the famous pontoon bridge from Punda to Otrobanda, on your left you will find the ‘Riffort Village’.
Here you find the cozy terrace of the Douwe Egberts Café, where you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Curaçao, where the passengers of the cruise ships stroll past, while you are enjoying a delicious cup of coffee and homemade apple pie. Their extensive menu of course includes “regular coffee”, an espresso, their unsurpassed cappuccino or soft drinks, smoothies, frozen cappuccino’s and more.
Start your day here with one of the four choices in breakfasts, such as the “Italian breakfast” with delicious ham, homemade egg salad, tomato, cucumber, all on an Italian Globe. Then, for lunch, you can choose from have several freshly baked baguettes, sandwiches or one of the freshly made salads, egg with smoked salmon, dill, red onion, lemon and capers. On Thursday-, Friday-, and Saturday night there is live performances, right at the terrace of the cafe, to enjoy.
